Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Bâche (Tarps)
  • Bas et chaussettes (Socks and stockings)
  • Bouteilles d’eau et tasses (Water bottles and cups)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process
