Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Bâche (Tarps)
  • Bas et chaussettes (Socks and stockings)
  • Bouteilles d’eau et tasses (Water bottles and cups)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to be processed:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
